Lungora orders are covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee. Because lungoraaa.com does not sell the product, returns are handled directly by the Lungora brand. Here is how the process works, so you know what to expect before you order.
How long do I have?
You have 60 days from your purchase date, not your delivery date. It's a good idea to note your order date and keep your confirmation email.
How to request a refund
- Contact Lungora support first to get return instructions: support@getlungora.com or +1 323-417-0278.
- Return all bottles from your order, whether opened, empty or unopened.
- Include a note with your full name, email address and order ID, plus the packing slip.
- Send the package to the return address the support team gives you.
Return shipping and refund timing
Return shipping is paid by the customer and is not refunded. Once the brand receives and checks your return, the refund goes back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
